Deposit & cancellation

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including client cancellation or rescheduling, and will not be applied toward a future booking. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of service, immediately after the service is completed.

Allergies & skin sensitivities

Asia Usmani is not responsible for reactions to products caused by undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

Late arrival

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Beyond 15 minutes, service time may be shortened to stay on schedule, or the appointment may be forfeited without refund of the deposit.

Final look approval

Client agrees to review and approve the completed look before Asia leaves the location (or before the client leaves the studio). Touch-ups requested after this point may incur an additional fee.

Right to refuse service

Asia Usmani may refuse or discontinue service in cases of visible illness, unsanitary skin/scalp conditions, or unsafe/abusive conduct, without refund of the deposit.

Rescheduling due to emergency

If Asia is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, every effort will be made to find a replacement artist or reschedule; if neither is possible, all payments received will be refunded in full.
